| A scucca is a rare creature that resembles a dog or wolf
with two or more heads. Although two heads is most common, there have been instances of up
to fifty! Vicious as it is bizarre, the scucca will eat anything--or anyone--if it is
hungry. Interestingly, it is easily distracted if it hears music. Some have used this tactic
to tame the mighty scucca and use it as a guard-dog. However, if angered, the beast will be
oblivious to music, or anything else you might try. It cannot be ambushed, as it has an eye
looking in every direction, and while one head sleeps, the others always stay alert, watching.
The scucca is an elusive creature and is only seen by active rangers and adventures. Most
sightings tend to be in the eastern parts of the Viradian Forest. |
